Kam Fickes won the PJW PA Youth State Championships at 125 pounds in dominant fashion. Kam secured a 9-2 decision, two majors and two falls on his way to the state championship. Kam is Hempfield’s only PJW state champion in history.
Jorden Williams also earned podium honors with his hardfought 7th place finish at 65 pounds. Congratulations Jorden!
Seamus Mack, Jasmine Eukland, and Grayson Angelo also qualified for the state tournament, but did not place.
