The Junior High Black Knights participate in many ‘unique’ practices, courtesy of their head coach, Steve Kramer. This season, the team experienced Friday Black Out on November 22nd, Pink Out Practice on December 13th, The Grinch Who Stole Practice on December 23rd. Wrestling practice doesn’t have to always be blood, sweat, and tears – there can be a little fun thrown in for good measure!
