Seamus Mack graduated from Hempfield in 2024. He is continuing his wrestling career with the Lehigh Valley Mountain Hawks at 141lbs.

During his time at Hempfield he was a three-time PIAA place winner (8th, 6th, 3rd), finished top three at regionals three times. He had a 131-33 career record with 84 falls and went 39-3 as a senior, winning a regional title and finishing third in the state.
