On Saturday, September 28th, 2019, Hempfield Wrestling is having our first annual golf outing. In addition to a great day of golf, we are planning on having several different contests, such as a long drive competition, closest to the pin, a long putt contest, as well as basket raffles. Proceeds from this event will be used toward our team’s operational expenses, uniforms, and registration fees.

More detailed instructions are contained in the flier. Whether you have a team of four or would like to be placed on a team, we’d love to see you on the links in September! Additionally, we are also looking to local businesses and organizations who may be able to help our efforts go even further!
How can you help as a business?
There are three levels of sponsorship: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The levels are:
Bronze-a $200 donation. Each Bronze level sponsor will have their name on a sign at one of the tee boxes.
Silver-a $500 donation. Each Silver level sponsor will have their name on a sign at one of the tee boxes and a quarter page in the Hempfield wrestling program.
Gold-a $1,000 donation. Each Gold level sponsor will have their name on a sign at one of the tee boxes, a full page in the Hempfield wrestling program, free admission to the golf tournament, and 2 free tickets to all home Hempfield wrestling matches for the 2019-2020 season.
We are also looking for any other donations that your organization can provide. This may include, but is not limited to, gift cards, goods and/or services, free passes, or anything else that fits your company. Any donation large or small is greatly appreciated. In acknowledgement of your donation your company will be recognized on the day of the event.
We are hoping to receive all items by September 21st to allow our team to assemble everything in time for the outing. We are happy to make arrangements for pick-up.
