The GRIT Youth Room started a new incentive program this year for our youth wrestlers. It’s called “Earn the Shirt“.
Here’s how it works:
Throughout the season when there are individual(s) who show leadership, commitment, or work ethic either in the practice room or outside the wrestling room, we will recognize these wrestlers for their positive attributes and/or achievements.
Not everyone will get a shirt, but anyone who does will have definitely earned it.
On 12/10/2020, we recognized out first “Earn the Shirt” wrestler.
